. What versions of Windows can iSpynow run on?


Answer: iSpyNOW is fully functional on all windows platforms. I.E. Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP operating systems. Our application has been tested many times to ensure it works 100% with your operating system.




2. Can I view logs in real time with iSpynow?


Answer: All loged files can be viewed in real time. iSpyNow will upload all logs every 2 minutes ensuring your logs are fresh and accurately up to date!



3. How do I install iSpyNOW remotely?

Answer: iSpynow was made to be very user friendly. The iSpynow application can be completely configured in your user control panel right here online. Once your configuration is complete you must download the application to your PC. To remotely install iSpyNOW 3.0 you must attach the monitoring module to an email and send that email to the Pc you intend to monitor!


4. Will users know iSpynow is installed once they execute it?

Answer: iSpynow's installation will not be detected if you have configured the application with the "No Splash Screen Option" in your control panel. If you did add the splash screen, users on the target machine will receive your custom warning message once the application is executed or initiated on startup of that PC.



5. How do I view the logged information?


Answer: Each iSpynow member receives their own personal iSpynow control panel console for viewing logs. Unlike other products our server centralizes member information and dynamically stores that information after your purchase. If you are having difficulty finding your username and password please read the email you received upon purchase. This email will explain what is needed to setup your iSpynow members account. This is where you will obtain your login information. All of this is done dynamically online!



6. Can anyone view my log files?


Answer: Your log files are safe and secure on our server. You are the only one who can view your logged information inside your iSpynow control panel console with your username and password you have created during signup. If for any reason you would like to change your password this can be done anytime inside your control panel.



7. Can iSpynow be detected by Norton or Mcafee?


Answer: Of course not! Unlike many "Knock off products" iSpynow is a professional monitoring application and is not detected by any virus scanners. This includes Norton and Mcafee!



8. Can iSpynow work on any internet connection?


Answer: Yes, unlike other products iSpynow can work on any internet connection. This includes Lan, Dsl, Cable, T1, or dial up connections.




9. Can iSpynow work if a Firewall is present?


Answer: Yes, unlike other products iSpynow can work and deliver reports even if a firewall is present. iSpyNOW uses a unique way of delivering log files and all logged information will be reported regardless of whether the remote Pc is behind a firewall or router cofiguration.
